Best Weight Gainer

Hi guys can anyone recommend a good weight gainer that's not crazy high in sugar?
I tend to store weight around the midsection easy.

If your mid-section is the main storage point, I would probably avoid oats like the plague - at least, until you assess tolerance.

Fuck really I eat, drink, guzzle loads of oats and I do hold all my excess weight around my gut.
What would you recommend as a carb source in a pwo shake

Cyclic dextrin - quickly into use and less effect on blood sugar than most fast options from what my glucometer tells me. Very rare for me to hypo on cyclic dextrin. Very frequent on malto/glucose etc. I'd be more inclined to use it intra - you shouldn't really need a PWO carb source then and you get to utilise its set-extending benefits.

Oats might suit you but I have seen a lot of people (very much myself included) add stupendous water weight around the waist with it - well, not just water but fatty watery blubber if you know what I mean.
Depends on the whole macro big picture though.

Cheers dude, something to think about

There arnt any weight gainers with Cyclic dextrine in so as above you have to make your own but its tasteless so easy to do.

There are some decent ones about if you dont want to make your own but it is pretty simple to do it yourself. Just get a decent protein , carbs of your choice and some good fats job done.

Reflex Growth Matrix would be one that comes to mind that doesnt use Oats if thats what your trying to avoid.

Cheers lads. Just had 400ml skimmed milk ( can't stand almond) a banana, natural peanut butter vanilla protein powder and it hit the spot. Interesting point about oats. I have porridge every morn and add powdered oats to some shakes. Could be why I hold a lot of weight around my midsection.

My weight gain shake atm;

Semi skimmed milk 300-400ml
25g true whey
Approx 80g oats
Tea spoon of olive oil

And a banana to go with it. I find for some reason my blender leaves the banana slightly lumpy in the shake.

Like i always say a homemade one of oats whey milk/almond milk blueberries spinach and a nut butter will do you more good than the shit in a mass gainer shake
