Gavin Kane on bulking diet/traning/aas

Simliar to dante in the nutrition, get protein in, then eat dense foods. But the kcal calculator he uses seems a tad OTT, however I'm sure can get away with it.

A good read all in all but one question arises which I'm finding everywhere which is bugging me.

In the cycle article he states using a AI will inhibit gains, I'm looking to use a AI during my first test cycle. When people say adex or aromasin inhibit gains I thought they must just of meant you gain less weight per say as in water......but would taking a AI really be THAT detrimental to LEAN gains?

if it was this easy, wouldnt everyone be walking around massive? because he says 2 days a week aim for 10 000 including maccies/burger king
now correct me if am wrong, but whats hard about that??
if anything it seems like heaven, i think in reality though, you would just get fat and get fat quick

Estrogen is needed to grow and also health wise, so if you stop to much of it its not good


However I think in general if an AI is needed just use one at a small dose to start then increase if needed due to GYNO issues...


That is all it should be used for IMO, stop getting bitch tits, if I could do a cycle without gyno I wouldnt use one


Hence reason why now I do low test and use otehr compunds and no AI :)

Most definitely, points made in the dante thread come to mind, you need to find your sweet spot in term of kcals, I wish it was just a case of " well to be bigger I just need to eat 7000kcals" there comes a point of diminishing returns where you'll just gaining sh1t loads of unnecessary fat.

I suppose if your not bothered about fat gain then fair cop and if your metabolism can hack it then go for it, dont think many people's can. Anyway I'm sure I read that you partition nutrients better at a lower bf??? bro science maybe lol

For water personally I would add in 3g vit c, drink around 5 litres of water at least, eat less soduim :)

Or just add in masteron lol

yer mate ive heard that about nutrient partion! as you say i dont think there is a one size fits all approach is there or it would be easy
some lucky people or some heavily drugged people probably could just eat that sort of stuff and gain lean but ther few and far between
i know 100% if i tried it, i would be fat and bloated after a week, even though i would be enjoying myself:laugh:

why cant we buy new motablisms, we can buy everything else
