Rs - Con's 2016 Challenge

Don't normally go in for this type of thing, but I like Con's idea that it will be interesting to look back regardless of good/bad change, or even if no change is seen!

Bit like @Tommy6, just zero motivation, and let myself get chubby as fuck.

Goals are vague at this time, and might evolve over the course of the year, another thing that will make it interesting for all taking part!

Right now, I want to get my weight down. I'll make no major attempt to lose muscle, but I'm not too fussed if I do, if that makes sense - I just need to get dead weight off, as simply and with as little effort as possible :lol:

Won't go into my has been competition career, thats all in the past and boring as fuck - will edit pics into this thread tomorrow and see where we go.

Edit - weighed myself today, 114.25Kg standing in t shirt, bottoms, underwear and socks - about 251lb, ball hair under 18 stone and needing to git rid of at least 2-3 for starters IMO

Not even sure thats what I want to do, my feeling the now as said is just to dump some ballast - any ballast, and then re assess. Hovering around 18st just now and simply have no reason or need to be that heavy. Worse still, all it can be doing is working against me right now.

You should start one of these threads in the con challenge section just so you can look back over the next year and see how far you have came - or not - either way should be interesting and would be good for you to get posting more.

Might be a good shout actually. I'm weighing myself tomorrow morning so I will take some pictures then and it will give me something to go for. In a good place at the moment with everything, diet, training and motivation is there so I will do it.

Fuck it, I have pictures from last weekend so I will start one just now.

Good man, I know you are like me, erratic with motivation, a wee thread in @Con 2016 challenge section could be just what you need!
 
Yes and no one expects you to update this overly frequently! @Craig.1
As it's a year long you can make a log and update it every few weeks or so :-)

You know Con, you are a bit of a nob (:lol:), but this idea of yours really is a cracker. Even if someone doesn't change - or gets worse - it will still be useful for them to look over, when the end of the year comes!

Yup, constant battle! I'm in the middle of doing it just now, think it will be every week or 2 I will post on it! 2016 is the year mate! [emoji16]

Yep, a year is a long time.
Lets imagine a training span of 25 years (which would be a lot but possible!), then 1 year would be 4% of the entire training career!

Just noticed growth pattern of hair around me nips makes it look like I have epic gyno :lol:
