Don't normally go in for this type of thing, but I like Con's idea that it will be interesting to look back regardless of good/bad change, or even if no change is seen!

Goals are vague at this time, and might evolve over the course of the year, another thing that will make it interesting for all taking part!
Right now, I want to get my weight down. I'll make no major attempt to lose muscle, but I'm not too fussed if I do, if that makes sense - I just need to get dead weight off, as simply and with as little effort as possible
Won't go into my has been competition career, thats all in the past and boring as fuck - will edit pics into this thread tomorrow and see where we go.
Edit - weighed myself today, 114.25Kg standing in t shirt, bottoms, underwear and socks - about 251lb, ball hair under 18 stone and needing to git rid of at least 2-3 for starters IMO
