Hello all, I am new to this forum, I use different forums, I am 25 years old, male, height 5ft 11, weight 83.8 kg lol.
Here are some pictures. I have been cutting for a long time, I dirty bulked and gained too much fat, its been along process, I had injuries come into play, I had a shoulder problem, forearm problem, the list goes on,

Unless your gonna be fucking strict and take a lean bulk approach then yea I agree with the above

I am very strict, I lost 20 kg, I was hoping to lose another maybe 10 g. I track my macros by using Myfitnesspal.

people were saying do a lean bulk and build some mass first.
Well, ultimately it is up to you, but I personally would get the back roll off first.
A "lean bulk" will still add fat.

Train... I don't know what you gained during the dirty bulk other than fat but you just need more time under the bar.
Forgot cutting or bulking.
Find a calorie level where you can maintain your body weight at and just keep training.

If you aim for purely cutting, you're cutting down to what?
If you aim for bulking, you've been there and don't need a bf% higher where you are now.

It's not on or off, yes or no, ying or yang... There are other options than bulking or cutting and my preferred route for you is to just find out how your body works with the calories you can easily manipulate without having to second guessing losing fat or muscle, gaining fat or gaining muscle.
Just keep on training.

When you have a level of muscularity to cut down and show off, cut.
I wouldn't recommend a bulk for you for a few years until you've grasped how to regulate your weight and balance the cheque book of macros
