Has anyone used this to increase blood flow improve pumps etc? I don't have any ED just heard it's good to increase blood flow throughout the body/brain which is always a good thing.

Yeah, i take 10mg ED in the morning or pre workout. It has alot of health benefits and the pumps are great.

Think I may order some and give it a blast.
You cant go wrong with cialis. Some sides may occur like headaches or stuffed nose but they went away after some time.

What's the main reason you use it? I've read it has cognitive benefits as well.

It has quite a long half life so I use 5mg EOD personally and notice a decent difference with pumps and boners.

use it when travelling on planes... small dose...for long flights
