Scumbags In Commercial Gyms?

i remembered why I hate commercial gyms now. Especially the budget ones.
Decided my first training session of 2017 would be at X4L and to be fair to them they keep the place spotless etc however they can't do anything about the turd that use the place.

Stinky blokes with old BO and benches where sweat just left on it. The downside of £10 a month I suppose. Rant over

Tbf, stinky blokes with old BO and benches with sweat just left on in nearly every gym in the country mate.

The hardcore one I go when I train has benches that look like swimming pools in the summer - sometimes the previous user even throws a burst yellow or black head's residue in the mix.

C'mon man, you never seen a purple-backed bloke in a vest with bacne just waiting to pop, get on the bench, bench his 90kg for 7 reps, then hop off and have magical new red patches on the vest?

Or when you use a sharp deadlift bar still coated in someone's ripped out callouses?

Ha ha why am I on the rag? Because I'm male and feel it's totally possible for other males not to be smelly dirty bastards and have a wash and train in clean gear or that I don't relish the idea of laying in someone else's sweat??
 
I was going to post a thread about exercise4less...
Apparently there is a big one opening near my work. Tenner a month.

Will keep on my membership at my usual gym but im tempted for a tenner to join.
£15 after intial memberships have been taken up.
Be handy for odd session.

Are they a decent chain ?
Kit good ? Hammer or life fitness type stuff ?
Cant do much about the stinky twats other than let them know ( which im very happy to do ) but is kit worth the extra membership ?

There ok. Mine stayed at £10 a month so I kept it. Kit is matrix again it's alright not a patch on hammer sadly. Some very weird angles
