My first jab was Saturday so I can get some pics today and post a rough diet bud. Weight now is 88kg mate. Hoping to add a few kg to that by the end of the cycle and stay leanish!Will you be posting before pics mate?

Not for me that lol. I've always only went into quads and rotate sites. Massive area. I've found trying to do the gluteus it was and felt awkward so I just quad everything BroHas anyone got experience jabbing pecs? I'm thinking of alternating between quads and pecs. I'm only jabbing twice a week but think I might find it hard aspirating with one hand when jabbing delts and glutes. With time I'm sure I will get used to it but would rather be able to use both hands so I've got full control while it's all new.
Honestly, you're in a position where you can just do quads. You can pin once a week so only one quad a week, or if pinning twice one in each quad. You will be fine to do that indefinitely. Got my next jab Wednesday so will do quads for the first time and see how I get on. Any tips on where to jab? look into ventro glutes when you move on from quads. lovely site to jab. It's effectively next to/above your hip bone. When you lock your leg you will feel it harden if you lean on locked leg. I've seen a lot of people say that to be fair. But I'm new to all this so taking all precautions lolcant remember last time I aspirated lol
