don't think you actually need anything like the doses stated here chaps mine's prescription and I asked about taking higher dosage and was told not necessary.
although it's cheap enough so...

It’s fat soluble and the body has a hard time getting rid of it if you do it to excess so although cases of toxicity are rare throwing it down your neck will achieve absolutely fuck all regular dosing achieves but with the added risk of making yourself sick.

Mega dosing short periods is probably ok but even if the video he’s chatting about it going up and up. That’s probably bad long term if it starts to make its way above the higher end.
It’s also fat soluble and absorption rates differ with diet, genetics etc diet especially. He makes no mention of that, was a low fat diet limiting his uptake of the supplementation?

Can anyone on here genuinely say they don’t go through periods of fatigue and low insulin sensitivity? They nearly always last a few weeks or a couple of months then you start responding again.

D3 also increases calcium uptake, without d3 the body struggles to take in calcium, maybe why his bones aches?
He could just as easy have been calcium deficient and the increase vit d3 enabled more calcium uptake but nah, let’s ignore it to push d3 bloodtests from his sponsor, no mention of calcium.

I've heard d3 and others are toxic in large quantities so probably doing more harm than good.

C is water soluble you can't overdose on it.
