Don’t stress over it mate
Have eggs for breakfast, tandoori chicken/fish n rice
You’ve already said there’s plenty of gyms so train whenever you can
Double your jab the day you leave then don’t worry till you get home
If you can train 3 times per week n keep diet reasonable, in 4 weeks you’ll look n feel no different than if you stressed over 3 extra jabs n eating whey/oats 5 times a day
Live a little and enjoy the experience mate
Thanks for the advice mate....think i need yo relax and not over think things! Im pretty ocd over training/diet so its hard to switch off sometimes lol but yeah its only 4 weeks and I'll be able to get in decent meals and train a few days a week. I'm sure I'll be able to maintain and like you said its an experience I want to enjoy!
