For better seaman volume l arginine is great. If I’m having sex I load up on it during the day. I get pre cum and when I ejaculate I can shoot a meter or so.

Hey chief How old are ?

The lad has seamen volume issues so I’m giving him some advice on what works for me during my time off gear. L arginine is well known to increase sperm volume.

People like you spoil good forums like this. The lad wants help not jokes, if you want to be a clown in the class save it for when your 6 week school holidays are finished.

Meds that worked. Did a religious protocol of.

Hmg every eod 75mgs combined with hcg 1000mgs eod on days not on hmg
100mgs split ed proviron and a little test 250mgs every 10 days . Also used argine daily 10g after training. and we are expecting in a few months.

Honestly repetitions makes the baby. Cut out coffee and all booze and ate healthy. And bish bash bosh
