it is... well at least thats the scuttlebutt eg 1... it says it is and 2 that westminster bridge guy used it prior and it was reported that they couldnt read the sent messages due to encryption... note I said reported... ;)
 
Should be enough to prevent them logging in again. They'd need access to your phone to get the two factor authentication code to sign into your account in future.

If someone does try logging in again then you'll know if a new two factor code is sent to you.

One of my mates is a social worker. She has seen police use print off of WhatsApp convo a few time.

So can’t see all that being high court although you never no

On a seized phone with no passcode then yeah it's just click on it. To find sent messages without the device is very difficult
 
Can buy the machine the police use to recover data for mobile phones for 3 large on a well respected spy tech website.
