Importation Charges For Gear

Ok lads so I’ve got some gear delivered and I’ve got a letter asking to pay customs charge. I know what it says on the internet and all that carry on. I’ve imported for years but this one got pulled. It’s not that much gear so they won’t be thinking I’m a dealer. Has anyone had experience recently paying the customs bill and getting their gear ? Few years back I would just pay it with no questions asked.

Cheers

Where’s it coming from? If it’s USA they have import tax on most things the cunts

Yeah I’ve had that problem in the USA too. This gear is all pharma but it’s only 50 ml few ai and viagra ect ect. It’s come from India ? It’s got through all customs and waiting at my local delivery office. Few year back I just paid it and I t was about 500 ml with a bunch of other bits.

I’d probably just pay it, I’d guess they haven’t even opened it, just read the documents that were sent with it saying the value for customs.

Yeah it seems to be that way I’m talking to lads that’s imported raws and other things. It seems although there is a law on it on the internet but it’s still a gray area.

I've no experience of this but
My understanding (so I may be wrong) is that importing is now illegal. So if customs open your package they would seize your package and notify you
My guess is your sender hasn't put a declaration on the package and you just need to pay a customs charge for this reason
It could happen with anything
It's usually about £20

Yer just pay it
If they say nefin say u thort it was a t shirt u orderd and u have no idea what this is

Yeah the package I assume is being held at a postal office. It will just be a customs charge to pay. Pretty much the same as anything purchased from certain countries.
However if your nervous and your looking at 50ml only and a few bits I’d write it off as a bad job and accept the loss

In the big sorting offices they have permanent customs officers work there checking all the foreign mail, on the odd occasion they bring in a sniffer dog aswell , but they do open suspicious mail ,

you would get a letter its sized not one asking you to pay the bill surly ? Just play dump ...you didn't send it ....the kaw changed in 2012 no online orders I believe ...bever say nothing about sending it it in the post bought from a pharmacy? Which you didn't buy it from.or send it ....just say its gift from your Indian
lover

if it was going to be seized it would have already by customs not passed through the mail system as others mention

just pay the charge and they will process it - its got value and so the PO are just enforcing the taxation laws not playing DEA or something.
