My best lifts:
Bench press:
175 kilo paused raw
120kilo/18reps

Deadlift:
Conventional:260 kilo (raw, no straps)
Sumo: 268,5 kilo (raw, no straps)
Sumo from the under knee level: 320 kilo (raw with straps)

Squat: 202,5 kilo (raw no sleeves)
175,5 kilo for 7 reps (raw, no sleeves)

Strict bicep curl: 76,5 kilo (with straight 20 kilo bar)
Strict military press: 122,5kilo
Smith machine seated press: 100kilo for 13 reps

I think you've posted this in the wrong section mate. presume its supposed to be a journal? just theres no vids, loads of lifts listed & just a dark picture of your back in the distance..

post a pic in 'the BIG picture' thread if you want gassed by others

post the videos of the lifts if you're gonna make a dedicated thread just to tell people what you're lifting (which I don't doubt at all btw.. they're pretty average lifts for anyone who's trained a few years)

Does anyone there perform strict standing press with 122,5 kilo? At 95bw. I have some doubts. Same with the strict curl, other are awerage, you're right

I wasn't having a pop at your lifts.. im just wondering what this thread is?
