do you actually know what it takes to get ripped glutes
A calorie deficit chap.
1000 points to me.
do you actually know what it takes to get ripped glutes
mmmm you think its that simple if that's the case how come 90% of people who diet in a calorie deficit don't get ripped glutes even when very lean, you can be ripped and not have ripped glutes
mm again I disagree if you don't train glutes and develop them like any other muscle you still wont have ripped glutes ,
so your saying anyone who is lean enough will have ripped glutes
all that aside its genetic like anything else , not everyone can have feathered quads and triceps no matter how low there bodyfat
Bradford?totally agree
you have to go to a very dark place that not many people are willing to do
Load of shite [emoji23]
Muscles are striated no matter how big/developed they are. Lose enough body fat and you can see the striations. So lose enough fat and you will have ‘ripped’ glutes as in striations will show
Your glutes will just be bigger/smaller dependant on how trained they are but the muscle fibres don’t suddenly disappear in untrained people ffs [emoji23] or become one smooth muscle fibre because you haven’t done your booty kick backs for a week
If eating in a calorie deficit for an extended period of time is ‘a dark place’ then fuck me some of you need to get a life

If it were easy peasy, we’d all we walking around with striated glutes. It takes serious dedication and mental toughness to get to that level of bf. Especially for those people that actually HAVE lives, careers, relationships to balance... all while putting yourself through torture lol.
We wouldn’t though would we.
I have never ever considered ripped glutes a desirable trait.
Bigger guns yeah, abs yeah but ripped glutes?
I’d rather enjoy my kebab.
