What’s Your Junk Cheat Food Of Choice?

Did the ultimate diet 2.0 for about 15 weeks years back, only diet I’ve ever stuck religiously as I ran every drug under the sun. I lived off 1500 calories, no carbs and depletion workouts all week and endless cardio.

Then I’d smash a heavy session and an hours cardio Friday PM then
spend Friday night till Sunday morning binge eating, would just shovel it in. Anything and everything for the first couple of hours, started mainlywith pure sugar and shit and moved onto more complex Carbs and bagels etc the next day.

Only rule was fat had to stay on the low side and fructose was minimal.

Was actually fun over weekend but Mon-Fri PM was miserable. Depletion workouts on next to 0 carbs are horrendous.

Absolutely ridiculous in hindsight given overfeeding studies have shown anything over about 5,500 calories a day is probably a waste of time, that’s the upper limit for a body’s capacity to digest food over a 24 hour period but I didn’t give a fuck about that at the time.

Works though. Think Lyle is a massive blagger but the protocol works..... Although borderline starvation, stimulants and binge eating a pointless amount of food that you can’t digest would tend to work wouldn’t it.
When I was getting down to heavyweight for boxing I’d buy all me junk food for Saturday on Friday afternoon and I’d wake up at 2-3am Saturday morning all excited and start my cheat eating. 5 jam doughnuts and 2 bowl of clusters at 2am, but with a protein shake lol so I thought it was ok

Used to go non stop all day and then force my fingers down my throat at about 6pm to bugle it all up so I could still make 91kg the following week

Full on eating disorder shit. Never been able to stick to a diet for more than a week since

Yeah mate it’s not good. I’ve always had a bad relationship with food with overeating and being a greedy cunt but ever since I had to get down to that weight class and stay in it I’ve been weird as fuck with food

Me Mum and me bird and mates and that always say there’s something wrong with me if they watch me eat haha

I’ll go the pub on a Sunday for a couple of pints and end up eating 10 packs of Doritos cos I can’t control myself once I start

Am exactly the same, i just dnt start me otherwise i do that as soon as im “off” in my head i go mad

Not as bad anymore tho coz i dnt relli ave any food off limits just eat normal and train haha, its nt good for physique but alot better mentally imo

Plus u shud be onda lemo inda pub, fuck doritos

Enjoyed it.
Guts feel like they’re trying to escape today.

I'm dieting hard atm so decided I'll have a decent cheat once a week
Theres a decent burger place by me and my go to cheat is a classic double burger, beef chilli fries, cheesy nachos and bbq wings
Then always room for a slab of cheesecake and icecream
 
Large 14” meat feast pizza with a full pack of chorizo added and extra cheese

That’s me tonight. Haven’t eaten fuck all today though after going out on the piss yesterday so bet I’ll still be under maintenance

Can’t overdo it as I’ve gotta run 15km into work at 6am and don’t wanna be stopping for a massive shite mid run.

Dunno why I’m doing it tbh but you’ve gotta have some sort of goal to make the day interesting haven’t you men....
