Amount Of Food Required To Grow

I think I’m at the point where asking for a trainer is gonna be the answer.
I’m growing but I reckon there’s gotta be a more efficient way.
Would ideally like to see another 10kg lean mass this time next year.
Realistically I’m gonna need a proper trainer innit.

I’d give Neil who used to post on here a shout if you’re just after size and follow one of his training plans mate.

If you smash the food in and follow
One of his plans you will 100% make gainz, stick with it and he will turn you into a unit. You’ve only gotta look at him to see it works, he’s built like a tank and he’s strong as shit.

It’s hard graft as it’s progression near enough every session so you’ll have to kill your self In the gym 3-4 times a week. Teaches you the meaning of hard training though. Few of the lads on here highly rate him and he actually gets results.

Pretty sure he’ll do your nutrition as well if you ask him and he has a no bullshit approach to it as well. Basically you do what’s needed...

Yeah I was pushing 20 stone when I finished with dig, Carried on training in a similar way ever since using what I learned off him.

Best period of training I ever did,

Another bonus of using him is that you can video your sets and he’ll give you feedback on your movement and form and tell you what you need to change or switch up to effectively hit the muscle and achieve what you’re trying to achieve. So many fellas spend years rowing or pressing and never actually learn to engage their pecs or lats.

Might as well not bother.

straight away I can suggest some changes

eggs whites are volumous, have whole eggs, miles more protein and cals
or use a shake with whey, oats, fats be it nuts of oils)....

why not list up the exacts

Just followed him,serious about this all so will give him a message when I’m back from holiday
 
No wonder i never gain ano this will be rough but i avnt eat tha many cals daily for aba 3 years :rofl:

105kg i was before hol so probs abit heavier now:rofl:

Dont look bad for it like bu i need to be aba 115 120kg at this bf to look “big” i recon
