Feet Swelling

Hi guys

There could be a number of factors why I’m experiencing this
But curious to know if anyone else has suffered from it and know how to help,

Iv recently started a mass again phase
So calories or high and current cycle is 800 test 900deca

But days I work 12 hour shifts
( I’m sat down most of the day due to nature of the job )
But some nights by the end of shift
My ankles and feet swell
It feels a lot worse than it looks
But it’s uncomfortable and feels like my skin goes really tight and there pressure in my knees and calf’s .
The heat obviously doesn’t help
And I have had it before after I last competed

Iv tried elevateing when I can
I upped my water ..

Any other tips ?

I've just bought a foot and calf massager
£35 off Ebay
Really helps with circulation and moving water around
You're gonna retain a load of water on that cycle and high food, being on your feet so much its only gonna go south

I’ve had it yeah but it was purely a drugs related issue and too much walking.

It Could be a sign of kidney damage, could be a sign of diabetes.

Could be water retention from the gear.

Could be oestrogen related.

Could be stress, who knows mate.

Could be a bad reaction to one of your meds if you use any.

See your doctor pal. Best thing to do isn’t it, you can’t beat that for peace of mind. Water retention will have a dramatic effect on your bp, your kidneys and possibly your heart so it’s not something you wanna overlook.

Asking bodybuilders on the internet for health advice is like asking the Mccann’s to mind your kids.

Yeah this is why I was asking ..

I mean I’m guessing ..and hoping lol ..
It’s just the cycle , food and possibly the heat adding to it

As I starting lifting again about 5 weeks ago
Iv put the drugs strait in and upped my kcals to 5500
And put on around 17kg on in a short space of time ,

But cheers man
Will possibly book in with a Gp if it dosent subside

I'm no Dr but surely you've just answered your own question?

17kg in 5 weeks.
No doctor but that would be my guess.
Too much wieght gain, too much wet Peds, no ai.
I'd still go docs as suggested.
