I am all instagram these days but I do miss the forum set up.
On IG if you post something its gone within 24 hours for the most part.
That makes it discouraging to post more than short posts.
Not the big in-depth posts that can be made and reread for years on forums.
The last two years for Con went....Tricep tore, recovered, pec tore, recovered, got divorced, getting remarried next month. Actual bodybuilding....not that much despite everything i am at 220lb 8% on a dexascan. The biggest lesson i learned over these past few years.....you don't need much of any thing to maintain a physique that took many years to build. Literally eat 2-3 times per day and train 2-3 times per week and my body just sticks to my current View attachment 67358

Nah, it's a bit more than that.
200mg test every 10-14 days is my usual.
OR
325mg test blend again every 10-14 days (sometimes I stretch that to 3 weeks)

No results yet mate but expected by beginning of October. I suspect we will never get true results because I defo had apnea in Q1 2019 but by the time I come to get tested I was sub-5%BF and the apnea had fooked off of course.
Therefore it would always be suspected in Q1. I reckon it is mild now but let's wait and see.

if you have "mild" sleep apnea mate... you'll be treated the same way. they'll tell you to wear a CPAP or give meds, or the op as you mentioned. mild apnea is still apnea
mild apnea : AHI between 5-15
moderate apnea : AHI between 15-30
severe apnea : AHI greater than 30
if they don't treat it, you didn't have it.
