Shoulder Injury

Had my fair share of injuries over the years, tendonitis in both knees, pec and lat tears to name but a few.
However shoulder wise I've been lucky, till now.
Basically any overhead pressing is non starter, don't even have strength in my right shoulder to begin a press with any resistance above 10kg
Any pressing movements during chest are difficult especially dumbell wise.
Relaxed theres no pain.
Pain seems to be located in I'd say the north east location of rear delt.

Has anybody had similar or the same?
Any suggestions on what it could be? Google's a bloody minefield.
Would a sports physio be able to identify and remedy a problem?
2 weeks rest and stretching barring training legs has done nothing.

Sounds like infraspinatus/serratus anterior.
Best treatment is rest and external rotation drills.
I suffered myself. Do loads of facepulls and work upper back muscles during the time off pressing.
