Noticed a few definite trends in bodybuilding and fitness over recent times
1) you are only intense if you are shouting/shaking/screaming during lifting
2) you must name the manufacturer of the machine ‘Prime Pulldown’ ‘Atlantis Pendulum Squat’ etc
3) mini cuts must be done more than actual gaining phases. Anything above 15% is hideously obese (!!) So we must maintain a very lean physique year round and not worry about actual size/strength increases
4) competing in bodybuilding for a year and already talking about competing in the Olympia like you’re already there
5) competing in powerlifting and talking about 400k+ squats/dead’s and yet to bench 140k
6) gear is so widely available it’s almost seen as a supplement
Just some observations!
