Been Cruising On 250mg For A Year. Drop To 125mg?

So it’s coming up to a year of 1ml jab of test e (250mg) per week. It’s done a great job of preserving the muscle I’ve built blast and cruising the last 5 years. Blood results are all where they should be.
I’ve now decided I’m never gonna blast again.

Im tempted now to drop to 125ml per week. The only thing stopping me is that if dropping to 125 from 250, will I loose the muscle that the 250 was keeping hold of?
 
If bloods are good, you were happy to do it for a year so assuming you felt good and you're maintaining your physique what is the reason to change or consider changing what your doing?
 
Purely to save gear and to be extra cautious for the future health wise really
 
Personally, I would play about with dosages and pinning time and take bloods.

For example, 200mg every 10 days for 3 months, take bloods.

I would want to remain in the high end of the threshold for males of my age. IIRC 30nmol/L. I would also want to know free test, E2 and SHBG.

How old are you? Do you have kids? Do you want kids? Will you come off for good?

When you say bloods are good does that mean test is in range?
I'll assume it's high on 250 but it depends when after jabbing you took the test
Personally I think you'll be fine
You could just stretch your dose to every 10 days to start
What I would do is have a blood test 2-3 days after pinning then again on the day you're due a jab, assuming using test e
This will give peak test level and lowest test level
You want both in range and ideally the first one high end of normal and the second one not dropping out the low end
If it's not, adjust accordingly and do it again

36, yes got kids, no I think I doubt I’ll ever come off (if gear availability doesn’t prove to be a problem as one of the reasons I want to drop to lower dose is to save on test as struggling to get it lately)

Test was in range. That’s a good idea I didn’t think of doing every 10 days rather than 7. May try that to start with
 
I did 125mg a week for 6 months when I was working away from home a lot last year and maintained 19 and a half stone with no problem at all

Never did bloods or anything so not sure of levels but it did work ok for me. Felt decent as well

The Blast and cruise plan for me going forward is 10-12 week cycles and 12 weeks on 125mg trt a week before another blast
 
As long as diet is the same as it has been then 125 would still hold muscle just as it would if your test was at a decent level naturally.
If health was my priority at 36 then I wouldn't jab at all tbh

I say health but muscle retention is also important to me
 
Without bloods and training performance and food obviously it’s all clutching at straws but it’s such a low ‘dose’ to begin with I can’t see it making much difference really

My cruise dose is going to be different to your cruise dose when it comes to actual blood levels over a prolonged period

Surely the only real way to know is drop down and see. Keep diet and everything else the same training etc. Dont head fuck yourself and tell yourself your going to lose size and strength and give it 6 months on lower dose. From what I have read I would be tempted at the lower dose to do 65mg twice per week

Yea I feel doing 65 twice a week would be even better for even more stable bloods

Honestly think you would be fine

Unless your a 300lb monster of course then you got no chance
