1 Year Bodybuilding Progress. From Overweight To Inshape.

Hi, new to bodybuilding, started lifting weights December last year. Went from 230lbs down to 170lbs. I’m now bulking up as big as I can whilst trying to keep body fat down.

I’ll post some progress pics any feedback is greatly appreciated on how you all think it’s going . Thanks in advance

Rough macros 250g protein 250g carbs 100g fats.

Monday Chest
Tuesday back
Wednesday Rest
Thursday Arms
Friday Legs+ shoulders
Sat Rest
Sun Rest

I work 4-5 exercises 4-5 sets of 10 reps for each exercise with last set being to failure. I train always intense.
I’m very open to a better training routine if anyone has suggestions.

I would put legs on there own for a start

And I would bring down the amount of WORKING sets if your doing 4/5 work sets

But if it’s working for ya which it quite clearly is then carry on mate

If it’s not broken and all that. There’s a lot to be said about sticking to a plan in this game.

Maybe look at alterations when things slow for ya

Yeh cheers mate, I defo wanna give legs their own day, they are actually starting to grow at last. I can always move shoulders to sat and still have 2 days recovery till chest day.
