Genuinely the best I’ve ever felt, although it has only been two weeks.
I think the problem is most people turn vegetarian or vegan without the ability/knowledge to cook wholesome food.
The whole point is getting a range of foods and my mrs is a pretty great cook so making a range of food which is tasty and delicious works and you feel great.
This week I’ve had lentil curry and rice. Veg chilli con carne, vegetarian sweet chilli noodles, falafel salad with a tomatoe paste for work. Plenty of fruit and some vegan cookies.
