My local aldi stoped selling quark over Xmas but when it came back it was thicker and tasted better.
But now it's gone all acidic anybody else noticed this.

I think quark is supposed to be acidic mate. At least the stuff I.... Or my Mrs gets is.

Mix in a bit of flavoured protein powder, makes it much better.
Or flavour drops.

Arla protein yoghurts are 4 for £3 in Tesco at the moment

Aldi have skyr as well for like 70p a tub of 500g. Perfect with a scoop of whey and some fruit.
