Lockdown Shape Up

Did some coding.
Cleaning.
Lunch burrito style lentil and rice wrap.
More coding.
Took kids to the field.
Messed about with them in the garden.
Packet of biscuits and 2 cups of tea.
Wen ally and picked up mrs prescription.
Kids to bed.
Just ate.

Going to start my press-ups from tonight, god willing.

Hopefully get a mile walk in sometime in the next few days to brake myself half into the habit.

I was fast pace walking 3 miles 3 times a week not long ago ontop of my work trek.
 
Few sets low banded crossovers.
Few sets 1-handed pushups.
Decline pushups.
Banded pushups.

Decent pump going but then halfway through sets the dogs are chasing eachother round me and the motivation saps. Living room training with Judge Judy giving some crook the business in the background ain't all it's cracked up to be it seems.
I do my training in the front room with my teenage daughter laughing at me and/ or filming me to put on her insta so I feel your pain! :lol:

I could do it in the garden I suppose with the weather we've been having but I guarantee one of the dogs will decide to take a dump within vicinity.

Weird isn't it. Training at the gym is just something you do without thinking about it, get caught unexpectedly at home doing star jumps to warm up then into bulgarian split squats with one leg on the sofa and I feel a right tit.

Mrs home-made chocolate cake now though. Not time to top ourselves just yet boys and girls there's still hope.

Made sure it was a good one as I'll be training legs at home for the next couple of weeks

AMRAP leg press using rest pause, hit 50+ reps
DB SLDL ss calf raise x4
Done in 50 mins
6000cals
Up to 114kg and staying lean
Happy with progress
