Gym Equipment

Do you plan on getting any pulley system so you can do other exercises?
Rack looks super smart, given the price it makes you wonder why others are so bloody expensive.

Yeh, may do at some point. I won't train exclusively at home for a while anyway.

Mad isn't it, even if I'd gone for the slightly taller one, it wasnt much more expensive. Feels same quality as similar rogue racks I've used

I'm going to upgrade my half rack early next year to a bells of steel one, purely cos I'm going to have their belt squat and other bits, plus it has a cable cross over attachment.
My neighbour is building a home gym too so he's going to have my mirafit one off me to replace his squat stands.
It's good that we mentioned it as I've now got access to borrowing another 160kg of plates off him (not needed atm mind), but is convenient.

Ah that's a stroke of luck. Didn't realise they did a rack as well.

I'd love to take over the whole garage and get more set up but just don't have the space for the other bits that are currently in there taking up the space

Buy a shed

I think bells of steel attachments would work in the mirafit rack, they're both 60x60mm with similar 5/8 inch / 17mm hole size.

Buy a shed

think that is what i'm going to do eventually obvs got a set up in the garage but already put things in motion to build a shed not sure on size yet but possibly 14-16 x 8 will be big enough and go from there than that frees the garage up for my bikes :lol:

just thinking for the future as my lads currently 10 & nearly 13 might start training or enjoy the gym

The M3 range potentially yeah.
My half rack is m2 with the one inch holes. I've got a custom mono for it and it does all I need for now.

I'm debating using the 17mm mat for the sides.

I have 12mm ply and was looking for 5mm in same size sheets to fix to them. All seem to do it is 5.5mm. Cant imagine. 0.5mm would matter, the feet of the rack would sit across both the ply and the rubber

Emailed powerhouse fitness today to ask when my 4 x 25kg plates would arrive (ordered last Wednesday and heard nothing)

Customer service reply’s and says their currently out of stock and will be sent when they have them

Took my money the day I ordered and never informed me they were out of stock (website obviously said they were in stock or I couldn’t have ordered them)

Pretty fucking shabby imo

Ive asked when they are expected back in stock, if it ain’t soon I’m getting my money back today.
