I'm 5ft6 70kg
70kg id look to increase calories over AAS to be honest. If you’ve done 2 cycles previous and are at 70kg. Not saying eat any old shit and getvfat but at 5,6 I’d say you probably burn through food pretty quick.

You could no doubt get by on less, but it doesn’t mean you 100% have to. The more shit you take the better muscle building effect, but there’s also more potential for unwanted side effects

This shit isn’t rocket science. These are muscle building hormones. Take what you like when you like, but make sure your diet and training is on point. That is the main thing
