true Dat... I also like one legged squats standing on a bench, infact i use a Dips belt for extra weight.id wager I know more about training glutes than you do. We have zero pics of you, just waffle. I’ve managed to get people into v decent shape with pretty dam good glutes .....Vs you just sticking a YouTube of a girl with glute on here ...that side press is negligible too. Glute bridge. Hip,thrust. Kicks. And squat variations where you focus on glutes plus abductor work ......
