What Have We Eaten Today

Today’s intake (non training day)

Meal 1
- 75g oats
- 200ml egg whites
- 150ml skim milk
- 36g Time4 protein blend

Meal 2
- 120g cooked chicken breast
- 125g basmati rice
- cherry tomatoes

Meal 3
- 54g Time4 protein blend

Meal 4
- 120g cooked chicken breast
- 125g basmati rice
- spinach
- 450g Skyr yoghurt

Meal 5
- 75g oats
- 150g skim milk
- 30g whey isolate
- 15ml Nordic fish oil

5l water over day

2350kcal:
262g protein
225g carbs
39g fat
 
Stuck to this eating pattern religiously for a good few weeks now - yesterday’s intake 4 times a week on training days and today’s intake on non training days and the fat is falling off.

Roll on January when I’ll crank things up significantly for a proper blast.

I need to step my diet game up

I’ve achieved a lot physique and strength wise since restarting AAS 5 months ago but I can’t help but think if I ate a diet like Pooley, sunny or Simon my results would be even better. possibly a lot better
You're comparing yourself to:
Simon - Mr OCD
Pooley - Mr I never look shit
Me - Mr boring

1 large fruit scone
bowl of tomato soup with 3 buttered fadgie buns
huge home cooked Chicken dinner with mass amount of Veg

roll on next year when work will pay all my expenses away from home so it will be steaks most days of the week.
 
For all the talk yesterday of stepping my diet game up I’ve just been to McDonald’s and had 3 triple cheeseburgers, 3 medium fries and a mcflurry

Some calories there :rofl:do you have to ask for a tripple cheeseburger like customised? Or do they do them now?
 
Not had a maccies in ages double cheeseburger was decent tho, what’s the sauce to meat ratio like though does that extra patty make it dry?
They were spot on mate. Let’s be real it’s all garbage at the end of the day but fuck me they taste good don’t they

All junk n bulk mate. Apparently you get nowhere by doing that.
I followed a junk food diet for years that made yours look amateurish mate (8000 cals at times 100% junk food).
Never did me any harm, got me up over twenty stone with abs and pretty strong, I’m a bit older now though so I’m just trying to keep a lid on the junk slightly more and refine it all a bit

One big junk food meal after a particularly big session is how I play it atm, and the rest of the time food is meat and rice. And I squatted well today so why the fuck not

got through a full one last Saturday :lol: hardly drink when i'm working away these days but you're allowed a few drinks on the bill.
