What supplements do you use for gut health and digestion?

I used to drink kefir and use psyllium husk in the past when I had issues with digestion/indigestion and they helped. Strom do a digestion product called Digestmax to improve nutrient absorption and balance gut biotics. I’ve never used it but have used a lot of their range and everything I’ve had has been spot on. What is the actual issue you’ve got? Or just looking to keep gut healthy?
 
What supplements do you use for gut health and digestion?

Glutamine 20g on waking in half a lemon juice

Probiotic

Digestive enzyme

Kimchi / Sauerkraut with most meals

if you get issues then add fibre - having some veg BUT not tons of broccoli etc else does the opposite

if some issues then things like Triphala Fruit / Oregano Oil caps

proper hydration too

plus being aware of what foods you tolerate well / not so good
 
I think i might have ibs,bowels never been great im 38 now and i have good periods but also bad have had tests done and nothing comes up

Probitoics make it worse for some reason
Glutamine helps abit

If I eat properly ie like a bodybuilder I have no issue whatsoever with digestion or gut health

Chicken, turkey, steak, rice, cereal, potatoes etc etc I’m perfect. I can eat as much food as I want (and I do eat a lot) and I feel great, barely go for a shit etc etc

But if I eat junk (like I usually always do to some degree) my digestion and stomach is a fucking mess. Shitting 3 time’s a day, bloated etc etc

Everybody else the same as that or do some of you still struggle even when eating properly?

Yes am pretty similar to that, junk food causes havoc dosent it but its just so easy

It's why I stopped eating shit all together, don't even crave it anymore. The few times I did eat it on last bulk in the lead up to me stopping completely, left my stomach in bits... Guaranteed shits and loss of appetite so then I struggle to gett in the proper food

I’ve cut it out for this new bulk I’ve started. It’s not good

Hopefully it makes a big difference to how I look as well
 
I would buy kiefir grains I have these and have fresh kiefir every day make bone broth with chicken bones for my skin joints and gut
 
I stopped taking collagen in my morning coffee a few weeks ago because I ran out and never got round to reordering and now I'm puking up bile into the sink every morning, so I suppose it was doing something to settle my guts.
 
I've just been reading apple cider vinegar with mother is good for digestion. 30ml morning upon waking 30ml with last meal before bed... Bought a bottle but never used so will try next bulk

yep if you can handle it, some cant , add with glutamine and warm water on waking, with or without the half lemon juice ....
