What exactly did you eat yesterday (or in the last 24 hours)?

Non training day for me yesterday so I had:

Brekkie:
A pineapple.
Whey shake.
Half tub of Skyr.

Mid morning:
Malt loaf and peanut butter.
4 Bananas.

Lunch:
Asda Ready Meal Macaroni Cheese.
Asda Whole Roast Chicken from the Deli.

Mid Afternoon:
Malt loaf and peanut butter.
4 apples.

Tea:
Chicken Stew with mashed spuds and mixed veg.

Supper:
Steamed salmon, asparagus , brown rice.

Before Bed.
Casein shake.

Must be a big lad to need all those cals on a non training day!

I like eating food but I also get hypo and hyper really easily for some strange reason so I prefer to consume food regularly. I don't actually need all those cals and I only eat small portions anyway tbh to keep blood sugar levels etc under control and stable.

Please don't turn this into another ultra serious topic about the food I eat. The thread isn't about me. It's just a simple general topic that doesn't need to be taken too seriously.

I think maybe you take yourself too seriously as I merely commented on the diet YOU posted YOURSELF. Didn’t make any derogatory or judgemental remark merely an observation. Not everyone is out to get you.

Okay, yet another lecture and character assassination.
Maybe it will end one day soon....
What did you eat in the last 24 hours buddy?

How on earth is that a lecture or character assassination? You are a bizarre guy if that’s how you took that post, genuinely stumped at your interpretation.

I ate enough to fuel my workouts and aid recovery with a little extra on top as I’m greedy.

Could your food choices be causing the low blood sugar?
Your first 2 meals being the main culprit as they're nothing substantial and just fast digesting sugars

This thread isn’t about dissecting his diet and criticising him. He specifically stated this thread isn’t about him. You as a mod should be more mindful about the more sensitive members on the forums feelings. :whistling::D

I've been thinking this for a while tbh and possibly there's an imbalance in my diet coz I'm starting to feel quite fooked up regularly lately.
Re-evaluating my carb intake is something I'm going to be focusing on over the next few days/weeks....or I might just end this cycle completely tbh.

Something ain't right....

You’re a bit more up there in age like me aren’t you? I’m 44 soon.

Everything changed over 40 for me but I also had to come off of everything after the clots early last year. Carbs are much lower now and all complex or I feel like crap but fattier cuts of meat like chicken thighs and also whole eggs seem to help more. I also eat fruit or veg with every meal without fail which keeps me full longer and I guess the extra fat alongside the increased fibre sources keeps everything stable feeling.
