Bent over Olympic barbell rows 5x5 + two warm up sets
Wide overhand pull ups 20kg weighted 5x5 + two warm up sets
Abb wheel roll outs 5x10
Decline sit ups on a bench 5x30
45 mins steady state cardio on the assault bike.
It’s time to get back at it! BJJ/MMA Starts again on Monday!
Hopefully this will be a good year and no more bullshit!
