Mixes betterI really don't think in the real world iso offers any benefit to concentrate for most people,
But as far as whey for weight loss it doesn’t really matter imo

I have a friend with the same reaction to whey. Ultimately, it just goes to prove that what works for you may not necessarily work for others. Thanks for sharing.Whey protein sparks up the acne in me , changed to pea protein it was gone in 2 weeks.
Thanks for sharing Simon.Isolate for me doesn't fuck my stomach, concentrate never used to but then all of a sudden it started making me unwell. Switched to iso and it went
Thanks for sharing Chris. Just shows that we all react differently. I guess what works for you - works for you!I find isolate digests very well for me and no bloat whatsoever.
That said, how would we ever know if it made a difference or not?
Any whey isolate would be slightly preferable over a concentrate but it hardly matters really.
Thanks Rob.Concentrate is the most bio available and it’s cheaper. But ultimately it comes down to the correct amount of each macro nutrients which will change as you loose weight. Which will ideally be fat loss. Micro nutrients are also very important.
Thanks Ben.Its all a minor unless you have loads of whey a day which is unescessary.
The difference would be negligible if everything else was exactly the same.
Total cals and energy expenditure will have a such a greater effect this pales into insignificance.
Unless your whey gives you the shits of course then you prob should try a different one.
Show me proof. Cos everything on line backs up my statementNope!
