So tonight was my first push session - would usually be Monday, Wednesday and Friday but due to house things I had to move it along a day.

So started with shoulders, DB press, front raise, lat raise. Felt nice and strong which isn't surprising considering I'm not on prep anymore :lol:

Chest was incline press and DB fly - usually use the cable machine but it was disco muscle Monday so they were both taken.

Triceps were rope pull down and ez bar reverse grip pull. Session was nice and quick as it was only my 6 set per body part but was nice to plug the earphones in and crack on through it.

It's a little difficult to gauge weights ATM but this will come as I settle into the programme.

More HIIT cardio tomorrow morning. Been hungry for meals today but that's not surprising either as body is adjusting back to being on plan.

Off now to charm a landlord (hopefully)
