Nice one mate, what volume of spuds does that get done at a time? Do you microwave them whole then cut, or cut up first? Does that even make a difference!? LolMicro 8-10 mins.
Oven 15-20 on 220 plus
Took the rug rats sledging then home to make these tasty little delights.
300ml egg whites
1 whole egg
Chopped red pepper
Salt & pepper to season
Cook for around 10 mins in fan oven @ 180/200
They look incredible!!!
