Injury Adductor/inner Thigh/groin?

Basically always get lots of doms in adductors from deep squats, but sometimes get a niggle here and there but this a weird one.

can walk fine, no pain, movement is all good then suddenly in certain positions its such a sharp pain it kills.

I.e angle to put shoes on the pain shoots all done inner thigh, same as pressure walking upstairs, or if I lean across to pick something up, deep pain that nearly buckles the leg?

Anyone know if it just be a strain in adductor? machine work to work around it to I don't get them pains?

Also if sitting and dorsi flex my foot and then raise the leg off the ground bent it kills all in inner leg.

I have had a groin strain for about 4 years now and only hurts if in certain angles
Doesn't effect any weight lifting though.
Mainly sore if say I was to do a high roundhouse kick. (I got the injury during muay thai days).

Anyway got another opinion just few weeks ago by physio at my gym and he said it sounds like a sportsmans hernia.

It does sound very similar I think.

Sounds similar but I just had to lay on the floor to take off my jeans and then attempt tp put shorts on.

In the end I had to put the shorts on the floor and step into the holes.

lol
