Protein Sources - What's Yours?

During this prep:

Whey
Casein
Chicken
Turkey
Beef mince
Various white fish
Tuna

Repetitive and boring as hell.

Outside prep, add in eggs, salmon, cheese every so often and most red meats.

fish (tends to be cod, Pollock, flounder or salmon)
protein powder
turkey
eggs
sometimes ostrich also
 
scoopables (in order of most often used / biggest quantities used when used):
Hemp Kernels
Hemp Powder
Whey Powder*
Moringa Olifera**

other:
Chicken & Fish*** mostly (inc shellfish).

more rare:
whole hempseed.
beef, lamb, turkey, other (generally avoiding pig meats though).
bean/seed sprouts*****.

also:
moong dhal (beats regular lentils any day).
avacados, blackberries, figs, nectarines, bananas, dates & other high protein fruit****.


* not as great as hyped, in my experience. tempted to blame casein or something.
** some fud about it, but seems aces afaict. not overused/abused. tis only small additional supplementation.
*** couldnt really specify. broad variety. no fan of herring tho, ~ack bones.
**** yus! high protein fruit! ;D
***** really should do sprouting more. like maybe some tasty mung beans.

ps,
even though hemp's the main daily driver, it doesnt get boring, since it's always in hemp milk/smoothies of creatively diverse ingredient arrangements different every day.
 
I get all my protein from soy babes, some people say it raises estrogen but I think it's absolutely fab! it!!

that's pretty much all I eat apart from the milk, and have ham instead of pork steaks etc.
quark instead of greek yog. eat a few balls of mozzarella too.
have a lot of legume's that have some protein..
