Littlechris 2017

Lower back fat is my Achilles too.

I think I started my cal drop at around 100-101kg and it's only the last few weeks were I really saw a difference... that was around 96kg, so after a 10-11lb drop in weight

Good work on the first week Chris... sorry if I missed it but do you have a long term goal ?
Well aside from making sure I drop that weight for the next few weeks my medium to long term goal is to hold a much better condition year round and slowly build on this. Look better, be healthier feel better.
Wasn't far from you today down Sidmouth. Beautiful day down there!

I will do at some stage without a doubt. Don't think will get a lease though likely go PCP unless you can think of a good reason to go lease instead?

Walking is still something I enjoy went out yesyerday and whilst not a mountain walk covered an acceptable distance. Will have to get to the Brecon Beacons in April though as last time was February in the snow! With golf and gym on weekend it's largely a case of finding the time.

Yesyerday was no cardio as such but plenty of walking and a fair mileage clocked up. Today was pull session.
Worked on Smith bar rows which allow me a little more control over the movement and minimise the body movement. Up to 160kg for 7 and 140kg either side for 10. DB rows 2 sets of 8 with 80kg. Pull downs on hammer machine and then cable pull down and finished with some preacher curls.
Dropped cardio today will see how this week goes with 5days Monday to Friday before deciding if will revert back to 7days again.

1.4lbs dropped from last week so 217.4 although the addition of yohimbine may skew that with the water.
Cardio is now switched to the stepper rather than the cross trainer as well.
Training same as usual squats this afternoon or Monday depending on how tear drop feels a little swollen after using them for .5ml. 14mile walk tomorrow so that will be cardio sorted

Improved that's for certain!
Thanks Parky. Aiming for a good consistent week of training and cardio now.
Went for a good 14mile walk yesterday in the glorious sunshine. Mt2 on order now in preparation [emoji41]

Reasonable week of training and diet. Had to travel 570 miles on Thursday so diet was less than ideal but still achieved a drop this week down to 215.8 which given I have added Yohimbine and started mt2 is an encouraging result.
Just under 10lbs lost now and the results are clear but more to come off without a doubt.
New car on the way nice VW GTD so something to look forward to there and Seville in May so be a good end point for my diet.
Off shopping for a few items this morning and then golf lesson this morning. BBQ tomorrow as well aiming to make the most of this beautiful weather.

Defo leaning out nicely and the weight loss seems progressive rather than just a massive cut, dropping weight very quickly and potentially strength/muscle.
