Next 6 month target is 140kg on the deads. I bet you can do it by Christmas.
ohp 42.5 kg 5x3,2 (only got a few hours sleep plus got hammered over w/e
deadlifts 102.5 kg (will up weight next time)
leg press 125 kg 4x6 (upped weight)
seated rows 70 kg 4x6 (upped weight)
chest press 62.5 kg 3x6
chin ups 1x5
too much beer at weekend...
Sometimes you have to suck it up and and have a beer blow out.
It's good for the soul.
It not harmed your weights though.
