deadlifts 100 kg 3x3
chest rows 65 kg 4x6
leg press 120 kg 3x9
chest press 60 kg 4x6

db curls 4x10
facepulls 3x15

first time deadlifts felt like good form. will up the weight next time.

rows felt a bit better. will do 1x more then up weight.

extra rep on leg press. i am aiming for 12-15 reps, havent decided yet!

db seated press 12.5 kg dbs 4x10
db curls 12.5 kg 3x8

one extra set of chins and dips. chins are feeling really good so I will add a bit of weight to the middle sets and see how that goes.

upped the weight on dbs curls and went ok.

i will add another 2.5 kg on RDL in July, so a couple of weeks to go yet.

upped the weight on ohp, not sure if it was a good idea! will have to get more reps in less sets next time.

upped the weight on deadlifts. first 2 sets felt very good. had to rest pause last rep on last set.

extra rep on leg press. was sweating bucket loads at this point.

upped the weight on rows and got all reps!

upped thee weight on chest press but was a bit harder than rows. not too shabby though.

had 3 comments today about my weightloss as it was t-shirt weather. shame they were either blokes or over 70 lol

squats are still tough and rest paused even though i havent added weight. will add weight after 1-2 more times. leg press and deslifts are going up so not too bad.

added weight for a few sets of chins. did cg hammer chins. prefer normal chins though.

dips were the same. some were bw for sure.

added weight on the RDL. im debating about doing alternating with dbs and bb on this one.

went up to 15 kg again on seated db press. want to keep in the 10 rep range so will stick on this weight for a few weeks.

A week long hang over after drinking with the legend...

Back on it now.

squats 55 kg 4x5

RDL 80 kg 4x6
seated db shoulder press 15 kg dbs 4x8
hammer curls 12.5 kg dbs 3x8
shrugs 2x20kg plates 3x20

upped the weight on squats. didnt get 4x6, so will do another set next time then aim for 4x6. good depth.

chins felt pretty easy are they were supersetted throughout squats. will add weight again next time.

upped the reps on the dips, most were actually bw. last 2 reps on last 2 sets were rest paused.

upped the weight on RDL. had to switch to mixed group and they felt good. slowly but surely on this so will do this weight for all of july then up the weight again.

shoulder press felt fine. 3x10 last time, 4x8 this time so 2 more reps. aiming for 4x10 and i plan to stick to push press again on the other routine; prefer it!

curls were ok then added some shrugs too. was not too keen on the faces i pulled :o

good session considering, back to the rowing tomorrow.

had quite a few people commenting how much weight ive lost, so looks to be working.

wen back to push press. will do once more then up weight.

upped weight on deadlift. 80 kg warmup set felt pretty easy!

extra rep per set on leg press. that's about it! rowing tomorrow.

ive seen one girl i know checking out the guns a couple of times. the mustache guy does it all the time lol
