    Accutane...the Devil Or Not?

Been on 3 dermatologist prescribed runs and one self prescribed. The stuff works wonders for severe acne. Side effects are mostly exaggerated IME albeit most get dry lips and dry skin. Avoid the sunbeds and sun exposure cos you'll fry like a crisp. Have lip balm and moisturizer to hand for...

    Telling Doctor About Aas Use

I would strongly advise you not to tell your doctor unless absolutely necessary. It's on your medical record for good and can affect things like life insurance and private health care. Trust me, it's not a good idea!

If You Could Go Back And Never Of Started Steroids Would You?

100% I would have never taken them. I was far more into boxing and taekwondo when younger but my boxing gym had a weight room at the back and that's what started me lifting. Met others who were cycling and started from there. It's been a mostly negative thing in my life tbh. Doing crazy...

    Supps You Run Year Round

Vit D. Curcumin. Omega 3. Vit C. Baby Aspirin. Cialis. Coq10. Evening Primrose Oil. Vit E. ZMA. All of it probably does fuck all in the grand scheme of things! I'm sure the Tren cancels it all out! :D

    Time Off Between Cycles

Ah, apologies I misread the first post. Well I tend to do 9 - 10 months cycles pending bloods and then either come off everything or drop to a low cruise. The off time isn't that bad actually and training stays good providing you keep eating good and pushing the gym. Some Cialis is really...

    Time Off Between Cycles

I felt fine up until around week 9 of 13 then started to crash. I did absolutely no PCT the last time as wanted to give my body a complete break from everything. Bloods were the best I'd had for a long time apart from test being slightly below normal. Bear in.mond this was after a 10 month...

    Time Off Between Cycles

I always did time off = time on + PCT. Now I just B+C but did do a 13 week cold turkey last year for a little break.

How Much Sleep Can You Function Well On?

6 solid hours and I'm fine. It's broken sleep that's the real killer.

    Best Time To Jab

I do it first thing upon waking. Its more about convenience and keeping set days. When on cruise it's a Tuesday and Saturday morning. When blasting it's normally first thing every morning if using short esters.

Kwan Loong Oil Vs. Wong To Yick/wood Lock

Tried it and it didn't seem to help. Going to buy another few vials and give it another go as everything I read about it was positive. Possibly didn't dose high enough or for long enough.

Kwan Loong Oil Vs. Wong To Yick/wood Lock

My knees are suffering with either patella tendonitis or patellofemoral pain just now and it's murder trying to train legs. I know JP and Dr Scott Stevenson rates the KLO but never tried it personally. Do you find it helps the pain somewhat?

How Much Do You Rate Flexibility?

The issue is that once you increase range of motion you then need to build strength in that new range. Being overly flexible could be counter productive in some circumstances but I think having good hip and shoulder mobility can be beneficial.
