    well that could apply to anything then couldnt it? Protein Cycle, Fats Cycle. Unless you eat the same food every day then you will always be "cycling" something.

    I'd drop about 50g carbs on non training days which would typically be at weekend. I train mon-fro (3 weights 1 Thai 1 football) Then at weekends some drinking may be involved so will drop the carbs to allow for the alcohol.

    Surprisingly high! The more active I am the less of an issue it is. Got legs tomorrow night so I'll let you know after that also. But in general I'm finding energy pretty good to be honest

    Ongoing basically mate, until I see in the mirror enough is enough and pack some lean pounds back on. Basically want to torch fat on my hips and lower back. Loads to go yet, probably a good 20lbs or so at least. 20lb at 2lb per week would be nice and reassess from there.

    We have a fridge full of diet coke in work that is always there should I need it. 1-2 a day max tho Started with one chesteze and will prob up it to 2 next week. Slightly jittery this morning so will let my body adapt before I up it.

    Well I got through the day ok. A tough one non the less. 630am eph and caffine 7am 30mins walk 3pm banana and whey 7pm trained (Thai Boxing) 830pm 99g pro 148g carb 30g fats 10pm 40g pro (whey shake) Bed! I'd hope to see a little movement on the scales tomorrow morning after today
