Cardio Day Set myself a new swimming PB. 20 Lengths in 30 minutes, not quite Olympic times but getting better. Had a banana before I went down but still felt a bit wonky when I got out. Totally shattered though, really took everything out of me but still enjoying it.

Took a days leave today, too bloody hot to miss out on some time in the garden. No swimming but plenty of graft, sweat pouring off me. Amazing weather, wish it would just cool down in the evenings.

Fitbit Hr Watch And The Like

On my 5th charge HR. Had one strap break, one die, one which told me I was doing 25k steps everyday etc. They are great for sleep monitoring and I've bought the Aria scales which give you more information on your dashboard. Don't trust the heart rate monitor tbh.

I must admit, I am a lazy sod. Will jump in car to pop to the shop that's a 5 minute walk. No excuses, just lazy. May look in to getting a bike again to do the short stuff. Very happy with the swimming at the moment, so adding in cycling will be a big bonus.
