    just trained. Biceps. BB curl 52kg rest pause 15 reps. Peacher z bar bar +10kg 14 reps(all done very slow. forearms bb wrist curls 2 set. Back. Rack chins 23kg added 9+3rp then just bodyweight to finish. BB rows (bent over 50%)60,70,80kg 10,9..70kg 8. All good.

    Chest. Inc bb last set rest pause,plus couple of partials. Db flyes 1 set high reps then hold for good stretch(not for long ouch) Sholders. seated db press 2 sets,last set rest pause. Tris. Close grip bench 3 sets,then straight to rope pushdowns and couple of partials for the kill.

    Legs.squats medium reps sets. Up to 120kg 10,then drop to 100kg pause squats 10 reps. Chest flat bb press. Worked up to 94 kg,then 4 drop sets. Shoulders,seated bb press. Worked up to 60kg then 4 drop sets. Job done,eat,rest then cut the lawns(hard life.
