Appreciate what you are saying but the Diet isn't aimed at trainers like yourself. It has a bit of added carb and fiber to make it more of a filling snack for the more mainstream trainer who is looking for a healthier alternative to a bag of crisps or chocolate bar.

agree - there is a definite need for structure in the information that is presented to the nation. The general public have a terrible understanding of nutrition because their education is provided by poorly managed media or product branding
