140kg Bench For A Few Reps

Was surprised how comfortable it was tbh the last rep i rotated my shoulders and fucked up!
 
It was a good set, probably the best benching I've seen you do, you seemed a lot more solid and stable than normal, I think you easily had 2 more reps in you didn't loose tightness in your left shoulder/traps/lat.

Goes to show the stress of fighting for my son and zero sleep how it affected my training because iv made more progress in last 2 months since it was settled than i have in last few years!
