19 And Low T

Hi I’m 19 and have 350 ng/dl of testosterone, I know that’s not low enough to get prescribed trt but still pretty low especially for my age. I eat a clean diet, lift and do cardio and also take supplements like vitamin d3 and zinc. Anyway I feel like shit constantly ( depressed and low energy) I know they’re not necessarily related but with those low levels of t it most likely is. Any ideas on what I should do?

Get a full blood panel mate, dont assume you need test, people in there 40s and 50s with low or no test live normal lives and fit as f

No offense mate but you are 19 you don't know how to eat/train etc properly yet.
How long have you been eating and training purposely?
How is your sleep?

Eating and training purposely for 3 years
And sleep is fine, get about 8 hours

have you checked your oestrogen/estrdiol levels. thyroid etc as mentioned above could be a mix of things - dont just pin the tail on the donkey with TRT until you have full bloods then go speak to someone who knows what they are talking about as TRT at 19 is a big decision to make (yes we have all cained it in some way but most of us did AAS to grow / get stronger etc etc and tied in with our hobby)

No I haven’t checked oestrogen and estriol, thyroid is fine. Any ideas on where the best place is to get a full blood panel done? And I I like the gym it’s definitely a hobby and I would I like to do TRT at some point anyway, but Yh I know at 19 is very young to take testosterone but my levels are really low so I was just looking for some advice but Yh I will definitely get everything checked before I look into it.

You don't 'do' trt.
You need trt. You are currently within the NHS range although seemingly at the low end.
If you know how to train and eat properly you should have some results at least in 3 years, stick some pictures up of your current physique.
What are you trying to achieve?

Feel Sorry for u at your age my test was booming no steroids at that age, high sex drive rapid muscle gain even lost my hair haha I had a beard at 12 year old never got bloods done bud I bet they was top end, defo feel lower these days , do all the things u need to do to try and up it naturally if u can’t do that, if it was me I’d do self trt doctors won’t do shit , if u feel like shit and it won’t go up if it was me I’d 100% get on trt
