1st Ever Cycle

    Hi guys I’m new here
    I’m 24 years old 6ft tall weighing in at 60kg at 15% body fat.
    I’ve been training now for about 4 weeks, training twice per week, biceps on a Tuesday and bench press on a Thurs. I’m eating well and my current diet consists of 2 meals per day. 2 slices of toast with butter for breakfast, 3 red bulls throughout the day and a chicken breast with a baked potato for dinner. I don’t seem to be making any progress and after 4 weeks of training I was hoping to have gained a few kilos by now.
    I’ve decided to start my first cycle to help me along and just wanted your opinions:

    800mg of test-e per week
    600mg of tren per week
    300mg of masteron per week
    and some winstrol and anavar orals

    up the tren to 1g Pw other than that looks bang on.

    switch your red bulls for a generic supermarket brand.

    Swap the toast for crumpets and the baked potato for chips.

    You're overtraining by the looks of it, I'd halve your workouts

    Your cycle is crap, that's more of a cruise, double it and add dbol, a good handful should be ok

    Add in heroin, twice weekly straight between the toes. It will do fuck all for your gains but it's a right fucking hoot.

    Believable stats for Doink though tbf

    Was banging juice for 10 years, stopped and within a few week was down to 15 stone and couldn’t deadlift 200kg

    And was making out that’s normal

    So a few week later and he’s down to 60kg sounds believable to me

    Just eat more and train hard Doink, fuck the CrossFit off mate it’s wank. They are all racist anyway
