I was stretching last night... Very important, i 'developed' a killer stretch - it stretches your inner back muscles and shoulders... arms to. Stretch as normal... but the Secret is to bring your fists together behind your neck and push them together... real g but last night something happened.... i stretched my front and hurt my rib cage.... Now got a Pain in the chest .... im like - too strong or something, im a f***king animal!!!!
