If you were to stop blasting all together would you do 125mg p/w for the foreseeable?

I'd probs do less. Work my way down to 100 poss a bit under that. But that's because when I stop ill be concerned more about longevity and health than Gains.

Hypothetically though, wouldn’t running c.200mg test (more like “Sports TRT”) for a long duration allow for the gradual accrual of lean tissue without possibly causing markers to get hugely out of range-more of a longer, lower, slower approach-As opposed to high doses followed by legit TRT doses.

No idea by the way just contemplating

You make a great point. If I could get my levels up OPs or even near 15-16 plus then I would happily train natty and rinse everything from food and training routine. You’ll never have any fluctuations. @T800 you can sometimes start to think your experiencing all the signs of low T.
Where’s @TONY FERGUSON he said he had an awesome natty plan to raise levels.

ED issues - Its not as simple as just replacing t levels
hold water even on 125mg a week (prob diet too)
    Increased RBC
    Ferritin levels are elevated
Not 100% sure i dont want anymore kids so fertility is an issue.

But the plus sides are I no longer have anxiety!

Think it’s that classic thing-turning 40- some people by a Harley, some bang their secretary, I want to go on test...

Yep, that would be my choice

If you’re shutting yourself down with exogenous testosterone make it worthwhile I say

400mg test is a nice conservative dose, shouldn’t need an AI, see how you feel, if you like it then sound

You then drop to a cruise dose after, anything from 100-200mg a week. The lower you go with the cruise, more chance of any health markers that may have taken a hit coming back in line

As I said in the members pics thread mate, if I were you with your physique at your time of life i’d carry as as you are now, when you start to feel your age in a few years and your test levels are on the way down I’d go about doing test at 1-125/week and continue to look great with minimal health risks. You look better than probably 80% of 40y/o’s on gear at the min be happy as you are and healthy.
