    Aim is to compete in 2019, although unsure of what show i will do but deffo classic bodybuilding category again, which enforces pretty strigent weight regulations for height ie 6"1 can be up 92kg onstage.

    Here are some pics from previous prep for ukbff South Coast, where i made first call out of 3 but came 5th ultimately, only 4 points on scorecard behind 3rd place and a finals invite.

    Training is really simplistic split, 4 days per week

    Monday: legs
    Lying leg curls
    I have been competing with them last few years mate it doesnt have to be them, id happily do pca or something else. And thanks pal

    Your physique has improved loads. No need to bullshit it with filters. Be proud of how u look you have busted ass to improve that’s obvious

    Thanks mate, generally just have a good offseason and come back better in 2019. I realise i was overtraining to a large extent and a 4 day a week split is ample training volume atm

    I am beginning my offseason tomorrow after xmas and new year hiatus and will try to log most of it.

    Current split is:

    Monday legs/calves
    Tuesday back
    Wednesday chest/triceps
    Thursday legs/calves
    Friday back
    Saturday off
    Sunday shoulders/biceps
